Description
"Traffic Violator." This sign in black letters will brand cars of Los Angeles drivers who break auto safety laws. Under a new plan inaugurated by Municipal Judge Edward R. Brand, violators will be given the opportunity of carrying the sign on their cars, in return for which the jail sentence or fine will be suspended after a specified time.
