Photograph caption dated February 29, 1964 reads, "'Everything is cloudy' - Young salesman once addicted to kick pills and narcotics describes to staff writer Eric Shuman how it feels to be 'high' on barbiturates. 'It's relaxing,' said the 21-year-old ex-addict. 'It kind of puts you in a fuzzy state. Nothing really bothers you.'"
