The man stands to the right, dressed in a tuxedo his hair is graying with the color extending into his well-trimmed beard. He is bald save for two well-groomed swaths of hair above both ears. His wife leans toward him from the left, clothed in a dark dress trimmed in lightly-colored brocade. Her dark hair is pulled-up into a bun. The couple appear to be in their mid- to late fifties.
