Description: Ali Roushan is an Iranian-born artist and metalworker. The Zoft tall prayer and meditation sculpture was installed at 1550 Superior Avenue in Costa Mesa. Apparently, there was a legal dispute over the sculpture's size according to local ordinances governing the size and height of structures in Costa Mesa.
