Description: An early drawing of the home and orchards of I.W. Felt in the Pasadena area, adjoining the East San Gabriel Mountains. The ranch consisted of 161 acres, with about 56 acres in oranges, fruit trees and vineyards. In 1894 the ranch was purchased by J. Rodney Abbot and Cleves M. Moore.
