He's afraid this man is going to come back.' This is Mrs. Carl Baxter of Canoga Park speaking. Yesterday, her son, Scott, the 7-year-old boy who was kidnaped and sexually mutilated for life last June 5, came home from Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles. In response to hundreds of inquiries on the progress of the boy, and in view of the fact the Canoga Park Optimist Club's special fund to defray the family's medical expenses has gone past the $10,000 mark, the parents yesterday granted an exclusive interview to the Valley Times." Pictured are Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baxter of Canoga Park, parents of the 7-year-old boy who was kidnaped and sexually mutilated last June 5.
