Description: Frank Filippi, owner of Elroy Garage at the corner of Sycamore and Camino Alto in 1928, standing in front of the garage with a car. He built the garage in 1927. The garage was later owned and operated by his two sons, Walter and Robert Filippi, until June 15, 1984.
