Description
164 Lovell Ave. A light colored single story home is seen on a grassy lot with a downslope to the right. The house has two front facing gables, with the smaller one over a forward bump-out on the right. On the left is a shed-roof single garage. The notation states, "Built at the turn of the century. Remodeled by several owners. In the 20's occupied by Mrs. Oscar Herald, who came to California in 1959 via covered wagon. Her father, Albert S. Evans, was editor of earlyday California papers, including the Alta California."
