Image of a memorial military register certificate from the American Civil War with a list of soldiers' names framed by images of America personified as a woman with an American flag and bald eagle near a rock etched with "Constitution," flags, shields, an American eagle, scenes of battles, women representing Peace and War, and soldiers being reunited with their families; portraits of President George Washington and two unidentified men at top center.
