Inspecting display shortly after completion are Cub Scout, Jeff Cook, 8, 12164 Burbank Blvd., left, and Weblo Chris Williams, 11, 5424 Bellingham Ave., North Hollywood. Milton Bleaman is cubmaster of the Pack."
