Photograph caption dated June 24, 1954 reads, "Outgoing officers of Panorama City's Rotary Club last night held a 'demotion' party to officially turn over reins to new officers. Party was held at San Fernando Valley Country Club. Retiring president, Paul Sanders, right, congratulates incoming president and new district governor, S. D. Lennox and Russell A. Quisenberry, first two on left, while Past District Governor Elmer Franzwa and retiring district Governor Mark Bloodgood, smile approval."
