Photograph caption dated December 3, 1963 reads "One of these members of the Tournament of Roses Royal Court for 1964 will be named Rose Queen next Wednesday. The prospective queen and others in the court are shown in the sport outfits they will wear to the Rose Bowl game on New Year's Day. In front, from left, are Pamela Gibbs, Susannah Carver and Susan Talcott. In back, from left, are Shan Williams, Carol Otten, Nancy Kneeland and Dian DuVal."
