Description: Two sports cars blaze toward a right turn during a Sports Car Club of America event at the California State Fairgrounds at Stockton Boulevard and Fourth Avenue in circa 1956. Drivers in each car wear helmets. One car is marked with the number 19, the other with the number 25. Hay bales line the track for safety. Sacramento’s chapter of the SCCA was founded in 1952.
