Description
Photograph caption dated May 17, 1965 reads, "Squadron 33, Group 1, of the Civil Air Patrol Cadets stands at attention while 2nd Lt. Mary Russell of Panorama City and 1st Lt. William Lashlee of Mission Hills look them over. The inspection was held Saturday afternoon during training mission at CAP Van Nuys Airport headquarters. The weekend exercise emphasized military courtesy, survival, first aid, parachute wearing and drill competition."
