Description
Photograph of a downtown street in China. "A Chinese village each door enters on a room belonging to some member of the clan and is generally living room and bedroom - a kitchen usually adjoins." The "street" is littered with posts, chickens and various other implements. A Maryknoll Sister, in white habit, is at the far end of the street with people around her. The "sidewalk" on either side of the street has entrance doors and a few small windows.
