Description
A lone pedestrian walks past Boyle Drugs at the corner of Boyle Ave. and 1st St. in Boyle Heights. The historic 3-story brick Boyle Hotel on the Cummings Block has a bay window on the top flower and an arched stairway. Some of the windows have been bricked in. A "For rent" sign is in the window of Boyle Drugs. Boyle Heights Dental Center (Daniel V. Abarca, D.D.S) is between the drugstore and a beauty parlor. Signs are in English and Spanish.
