Description
The art deco gem, designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements and built in 1928, served as the corporate offices for the Richfield Oil Corporation, which later was merged into the Atlantic Refining Company and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). It was razed in 1969 to make way for the Arco Plaza at 505 S. Flower Street.
