Photograph caption dated August 17, 1959 reads, "Mrs. Donald Cutler, right, member of Women's Society of Christian Service at Canoga Park Methodist Church, takes time out from planning session of 12th annual West Valley WSCS picnic to serve refreshments to Mrs. Ralph Slane, WSCS member of Agoura Methodist; the Rev. Robert Weirbach, standing, pastor of Canoga Park church, and Mr. Cutler. Ministers and their wives from 18 Valley Methodist churches will be invited to picnic, scheduled for noon Aug. 27 at Reseda Park. Approximately 200 WSCS members in West Valley area are expected to attend."
