Photograph of a view of Figueroa Street looking north on Seventh Street taken from the Foy Residence, Los Angeles, ca.1886. Victorian houses line the street in the foreground, a cluster of trees surrounding the residences to the left behind which a large, three-story building can be seen. More residences can be seen in the distance, assorted church spires visible over the rooftops. A utility pole is visible in the left foreground. Compare to: CHS-7042. Photo shows a similar scene taken from the Foy residence.
