Describes lease agreement terms beginning November 1, 1940, ending October 1, 1941 for ten acres of land of the M. R. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro. Lease is subject to land survey adjustments and the lease "shall not be recorded or offered for record." Lease yearly rent is $97.50.
