This circa 1912 postcard shows developers W.A. Brandenburger and W.R. Wheaton at a eucalyptus grove in Clay, California. Their Sacramento Valley Improvement Company purchased 5,000 acres of land in Clay to plant eucalyptus trees and grapes.
