Photograph caption dated March 22, 1957 reads, "Into the box - Suggestion award boxes and forms are placed throughout all Rocketdyne facilities for employe [sic] convenience. Here, B. S. Bargergallo, 10649 Pawnes St., Sun Valley, a welder who has already received more than $200 for suggestions he made, submits still another. There is no limit to number of suggestions employe [sic] may make. Since 1955, Rocketdyne has paid out nearly $50,000 in award money.
