This city has a metropolitan population of 129,367, and is noted as the canning and dried fruit packing center of the world." Postmarked September 18, 1952. Addressed to Mrs. Emily Vogt of San Francisco, from E. F. McDermott: "Weather here like San Francisco just now. We went to town yesterday to do some shopping.
