J. R. Shea, works manager, writes Mr. D. B. Peckham, division controller, saying that he is enclosing a brief outline of Mr. Protzman's educational and business background. Shea goes on to say that if Mr. Protzman is a desirable candidate, he will have him come to New York to interview.
