View adobe house; shows heavy tile roof, woman holding child in doorway, young boy and girl sitting adjacent to well in courtyard in foreground; photomontage at upper left shows four children and one dog on path next to fence. "El Cuartel, looking east, P.O. behind observor" -- handwritten on verso.
Located on East Canon Perdido, within the Presidio. Adjoined the Ruiz Adobe. Given to Hilarion Garcia by grandfather Elyno Ruiz.
