Description: Movie star Julia Adams, the official greeter during the fifty-third annual encampment of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, gives Ike a kiss of welcome as he comes to the speakers' stand at the Coliseum. In his address to the crowd, Eisenhower told of his 10-point program--"the outline of a dream of the soldiers with whom I served." Photo dated: August 6, 1952.
