Fox, president, Los Angeles City Recreation and Parks Commission; John H. Ward, City superintendent of Parks; Alonzo Carmichel, Ward's assistant, and Ross A. Cunningham, Superintendent of Recreation. The city-sponsored camp, designed for boys from 8 to 12 years of age, will provide a year-round residential operation ranging from summer programs to weekend outings during the school year. The facilities will accomodate 120 boys. Completion is scheduled for Christmas, 1965."
