Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
A sedan is parked at the entrance to the Belmont Heights' branch of the Security First National Bank in Long Beach on Redondo Ave. A two-story, brick building, its arched windows and doorway on the first floor are faced with limestone. Banking hours are posted on the door and at the bottom of a window, the bank advertises "Safe Deposit Boxes, $3.00 a yr. and up". Western States Investment Co. and a dental office occupy the top floor. A faded sign for "Safeway Stores" is on the shady side of the building, bottom right.
