"Indignities like this have aroused worldwide protests against the Hitler regime in its renewal of its antisemitic attacks, Pictured above several Jews being compelled to scrub Vienna streets on their knees under supervision of Nazi police. Such scenes have shocked clergy and laity of all denominations" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "Nov 14, 1938". "Received. Examiner reference library.
