Description
"Wittewater am Berge links." ("Wittewater at the mountain left."). The picture shows plain land covered by high grass. Mountains in the background. Probably on the left and the right side of one mountain houses in far distance. Imprinted on the image: "Wittewater. Süd-Afrika. West. No. 405." ("Wittewater. South Africa. West. No. 405.").
Photography faded. -- Photography probably taken by Brother L. Marx in 1894. -- Also imprinted on the image and next to the imprint an arrow pointing to the mountains.
