Group portrait of three doctors and a nurse outside a cell. One of the doctors is looking through the cell window with a periscope. Text written by Dobbin under photo: "Insane person in cell under observation Central Emergency Hospital." Written under photo in pencil at a later date: "Aug 1920, female with revolver, who threatened to kill any person who came near her; info copied from another print same picture."
