Description: District Attorney John Fredericks rises to a greater height as he stands upon a confiscated liquor barrel, the contents of which he is turning into the gutter. The wooden vats are not stored but destroyed or sold to a junk man who makes plenty of the venture. Photo dated: September 18, 1929.
