Description
Land lease agreement for 5.7 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro east of Wilmington with a yearly rent of $142.50 beginning January 1, 1938 and ending December 31, 1940. Handwritten cancellation note recorded on July 26, 1938. Additional typescript on the second page relates to subleasing terms and alien land laws, requiring the lessee be United States Citizen. Agreement signed by lessor and lessee. See Item csudh_rsp_1199 for additional copy of lease.
