Photograph of a panoramic view of the plant of Los Angeles Compress and Warehouse Company, Los Angeles Harbor, July 1930. The roof surface of several adjacent buildings cover the foreground area. To the right, a partially visible field (?) of cotton sheds is viewable. Additional buildings are visible in the background. A small sign can be seen in the left foreground, which says: "[...] Angeles [...] & Warehouse Co." A paper label, attached to the photonegative, reads: "In the middle foreground are towers of Compresses No. 1 and No. 2 surrounded by 50,000 square feet of cotton storage sheds." Cataloger's note: CHS-48210B is a crop of CHS-48210.
