Photograph caption dated March 26, 1956 reads, "Clifford Davis, guest speaker, center, discusses federal aid to education with Evan Engberg, program chairman, left, and Mrs. Charles Dommes, president of the North Hollywood Co-ordinating Council, at monthly meeting held at YMCA headquarters. More than 100 members were on hand for the luncheon."
