Photograph caption dated June 12, 1958 reads, "Leslie Sullivan, Junior Miss Studio City, basks in sunshine at poolside of Chase Hotl [sic] and Restaurant, Chase andSepulveda [sic] blvds. Establishment has 78 rooms for guests, banquet room to accomodate [sic] 200, and restaurant with capacity for 160. Banquet room and pool combined have fashion-show capacity of 350. Construction by Amoroso. Total investment $750,000. Owners and operators: Bill Castanguay, Sam Fuller, Joe Amoroso, Enrico Icardo, Arthur Icardo, and H. Metcher. Chef: H. Lambideo."
