Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Hoy Sun Ning Yung Benevolent Association Building, China Town, November 1933. The two-story brick building can be seen at center. A recessed wooden doorway provides access to the first floor of the building at center. Large glass windows around the doorway are decorated with large Chinese characters. A small wooden balcony flanked by rectangular windows can be seen on the second floor. Light fixtures can be seen hanging near the balcony on the second level, and several Chinese characters can be seen painted on the wall. Along the brick wall, decorative designs can be seen near each window. Above the balcony, what appears to be several decorative, stone leaves arranged in a circular design can be seen on the brick wall.
