Exterior view of Mixville Drive-in Market in May 1933. It houses a Van de Kamp's Bakery and faces a parking lot with open walls. The photographer's notes indicate it was located on Fletcher Drive, and a Silver Lake Residents Association newsletter dated November 1989 indicates it was located on the northeast corner of Silver Lake Blvd. and Glendale Blvd., where the Union Federal Savings and Loan was later built. It refers to the tie-in with the Selig Studio and its Tom Mix films.
