Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
A woman dressed in a white skirt, white blouse, tan blazer and tan hat stands outside of a bookmobile window as a man sitting inside, possibly the librarian, appears to help her with the book she is browsing. This "traveling Branch" bookmobile parked along Grand Avenue was actually a New York Public Library Bookmobile, which participated in the 1930 American Library Association convention held at the Los Angeles Public Library's Central Library. The Biltmore Hotel is visible in the background.
