A vendor sells navel oranges for 1 dollar a bag from a car on Sunset Boulevard in East Hollywood, April 1976. Seen are a construction site (center) enclosed by a wall covered with a US Bicentennial mural painted by students from the neighboring Thomas Starr King Jr. High, a sign for the KCET studios, and Franklin Hills homes in the distance.
