Luckman is pictured in front of a map showing three possible sites for a new zoo in Los Angeles: Roger Jessup Park in Pacoima, Griffith Park and Elysian Park. His father, Charles Luckman, noted architect, was hired by the city of Los Angeles to recommend a site.
