Photograph caption dated October 31, 1958 reads, "Mrs. Harvey E. Smith places bracelet on wrist of Sharyn Lewis with approval of Mrs. Ira C. Holst. Valley chapter of Theta Delta of Epsilon Sigma Alpha will provide similar I.D. bracelets for students at Valley Association for Retarded Children, Sepulveda."
