Black and white photograph: Man of Filipino origin with tattoo on back of his neck, holding American & Filipino flags, SOMA (South of Market), 5 p.m., September 19, 2002, San Francisco, California. The tattoo appears to consist of Chinese characters. The man has an earring and a stud that is barely visible in his eyebrow. The background of the photograph is a classroom. This was a rehearsal for a play at the West Bay Pilipino Multi-Service Center.
