Beach umbrellas and beachgoers fill the sand at Long Beach Municipal Beach which is roped off on either side. The Villa Riviera Hotel, center, is the tall building with a spire. The tall building on the hotel's right is the Pacific Coast Club, a private club located at 850 East Ocean Boulevard.
