Asclepiades, the basilikos grammateus (royal secretary) informs Marres, topogrammateus (local secretary) of Menches' renewed appointment as komogrammateus (village secretary) of Kerkeosiris, Egypt. The text was written 51st year (of King Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II), 3rd of the Egyptian month Mesore (Aug. 20, 119 B.C.)
