A panoramic street view of the Roxbury Drive subdivision in Beverly Hills. There are four two-story apartment buildings in the foreground, two of which are still under construction, with their wooden frames exposed. The other two buildings are complete, and have "For rent" signs on their front lawns. The land in the immediate foreground is undeveloped, but in the hills to the right of the buildings there are numerous houses. Writing in white in bottom right corner reads "Photo by Osborne ; C.C.
