Photograph of the pulpit on the wall at Mission San Juan Bautista, ca.1904. The wood panel pulpit has a roof. It and the pulpit itself both project out from the wall. A doorway is visible in the rough plaster wall providing access to the pulpit. Framed pictures and a cross hang on the wall beside the pulpit. A placard fixed to the font of the pulpit reads "From this pulpit in 1800[?], Father Arrojo[?] preached the Gospel to Indians in 13[?] Indian dialects."
