Volume 1, number 1; bulletin published in Washington, D. C. by the American Red Cross for the Relatives of American Prisoners of War and Civilian Internees in the Far East during World War II. A note of false report on prison camps in Tokyo area is attached. The bulletin has been mailed to Jeanne B. Dockweiler at 5270 Los Feliz Boulevard, Los Angeles 27, California.
