Andrea Hagan, 6, assisted by Jimmy Brown, staff member of the Association for American-Soviet Friendship, bids farewell to a group of Russian educators and professionals following a visit to CSCDH. Andrea is the daughter of William Hagan, director of Academic Skills Center--one of the facilities the group saw. The group spent the day touring various parts of Compton and Carson as part of an exchange program.
