Photograph caption dated June 13, 1958 reads, "Roy M. Cooley, right, new president of the North Hollywood Lions club, is shown at installation ceremonies with E. Jay Page, center, outgoing president, and Al Eagler, international counselor and installing officer. The installation was at the San Fernando Valley Country Club. John Skone-Palmer, North Hollywood club's winning singer in the student vocal contest, was a guest at the ceremony."
